1. Overview

FINSTA powered by TONFR ("FINSTA", "TONFR", "we", "our", or "us") allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data in accordance with applicable platform requirements, legal obligations, and our internal data handling practices.

This page explains how a user can request account deletion, what happens when an account is deleted, which data is deleted, which data may be retained, and how long the process may take.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your FINSTA account using either of the following methods:

To protect account security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your deletion request is successfully verified and approved, your FINSTA account will be scheduled for deletion. This means you will lose access to your account and to the services, data, and records linked to that account, subject to any legally required or permitted retention described below.

4. Data That Will Be Deleted

Subject to technical feasibility and legal obligations, account deletion may include deletion of:

5. Data That May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain certain information after an account deletion request where retention is necessary for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:

Any retained data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Deactivation Is Not the Same as Deletion

Temporary deactivation, disabling access, uninstalling the app, or stopping use of the service does not automatically delete your FINSTA account or associated data. A specific deletion request must be submitted.

7. Deletion Processing Time

Once your request is received and verified, we aim to process account deletion within a reasonable time. Some data may be deleted immediately, while certain records may take additional time to remove from live systems, logs, caches, or backup storage.

Where legally required records must be retained, those records will not be erased until the applicable retention period expires.

8. Subscription and Payment Impact

Deleting your account may result in loss of access to active subscriptions, premium features, invoices, reports, and stored business records associated with that account. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

9. Shared or Multi-User Business Accounts

If your account is part of a business setup with multiple users, deletion of one user account may not delete all business data if that data belongs to the business owner, admin account, or other authorized users. In such cases, only the relevant user profile and user-linked personal data may be deleted, while shared business records may remain accessible to authorized account administrators.

10. Requests Made by Authorized Representatives

If someone requests deletion on behalf of a business, shop, or another user, we may require proof of authority before taking action. We may reject requests that cannot be properly verified.

11. Children’s and Restricted Accounts

If we learn that an account was created in violation of our eligibility rules or applicable law, we may disable or delete the account in accordance with our legal and policy obligations.
